Business Funding Privacy Notice

This notice explains how WeWillFinance.com handles information submitted through the business funding request form on our Business Loans page. It applies only to that form. The consumer loan request form on the rest of this website is provided by Round Sky, Inc. and is covered by our Privacy Policy and State Privacy Notice.

Information we collect

When you submit a business funding request, we collect your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, time in business, monthly revenue and the amount of funding you need. We also record the date and time of your request. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers or bank account numbers on this form.

How we use and share it

• Your request is emailed to our staff (our support mailbox and a staff member who handles business requests) so we can review it and contact you.
• We share your request with business funding partners, such as business lenders and funding companies, that may be able to offer you financing. They may contact you and will use your information under their own privacy policies. We may receive compensation from them.
• We use an email delivery service (Resend) to send the request to our staff. It processes the information on our behalf.
• We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell business funding requests to data brokers or use them for unrelated marketing.

Contact consent

By submitting the form, you agree that WeWillFinance.com and its business funding partners may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing support@wewillfinance.com or replying STOP to a text message.

Retention and security

Business funding requests are kept in our email only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal requirements, and are then deleted. The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and our website does not store the information you submit.

Your choices

To ask what information we have about your request, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@wewillfinance.com. If we already shared your request with a funding partner, we will tell you who, so you can contact them as well. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws can also use the rights described in our State Privacy Notice.

Changes

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
