This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Virginia, Utah and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws. It explains what personal information WeWillFinance.com collects, how it is used and shared, and the rights you may have under your state's law.

Who we are and how our service works

WeWillFinance.com is a lead generator, not a lender. The loan request form on this website is provided by Round Sky, Inc., our lead network partner. When you submit a loan request, the information you enter goes directly to Round Sky, Inc., which shares it with lenders and lending networks in its network so they can review your request. WeWillFinance.com receives compensation when this happens. WeWillFinance.com does not keep a copy of the information you submit in the loan request form. Business funding requests from our Business Loans page are covered by our Business Funding Privacy Notice. Round Sky, Inc.’s handling of your information is described in its Supplemental Privacy Notice. Personal information collected

Depending on how you use this website, the following categories of personal information may be collected:

• Identifiers: name, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address.
• Financial and employment information: income, pay schedule, employer, and checking account information you provide in a loan request.
• Sensitive personal information: Social Security number, driver’s license number, date of birth, and bank account number you provide in a loan request.
• Internet activity: pages viewed and how you arrived at the site, collected with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies. The loan request form, provided by Round Sky, Inc., may use cookies and similar technologies.
• Approximate location: general location derived from your IP address.
• Communications: messages you send us, such as emails to support@wewillfinance.com.

• Automatically from your browser or device when you visit the site.
• From Round Sky, Inc., lenders and lending networks, and credit reporting agencies, in connection with your loan request.

How personal information is used

• To connect you with lenders that may be able to offer you a loan, at your request.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with the law and respond to legal requests.

Sensitive personal information is used only to process your loan request and verify your identity, not to infer characteristics about you.

Who personal information is disclosed to

• Round Sky, Inc. and the lenders and lending networks in its network, when you submit a loan request.
• Service providers that help us run the website, such as web hosting and analytics.
• Government authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights.

“Sale” of personal information

When you submit a loan request, you direct us to disclose your information to Round Sky, Inc. and its lenders, and WeWillFinance.com receives compensation. Some state laws may treat this as a “sale” of personal information. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for targeted advertising, We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be at least 18 to submit a loan request.

You can opt out of the sale of your personal information at any time by using this CCPA form located here (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Virginia and Utah residents) or by emailing support@wewillfinance.com with the subject “Do Not Sell”. Because WeWillFinance.com does not keep a copy of loan requests, you should also contact Round Sky, Inc. and any lender that contacted you if you want them to stop using your information.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we have about you.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Appeal our decision on your request.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Some information related to financial products may be governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act instead of state privacy laws. Those rights may not apply to that information.

How to make a request

If you are a consumer in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Virginia or Utah looking to exercise your CCPA or state privacy rights, please use this CCPA form located here. Residents of other states can email us as described below.

You can also email support@wewillfinance.com and tell us your state and what you are requesting. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we respond. We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need up to 45 more days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of your permission.

If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Appeal”. We will respond to an appeal within the time required by your state’s law. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state attorney general.

Retention

We do not keep consumer loan request information. Business funding requests are kept as described in our Business Funding Privacy Notice. We keep emails and other communications only as long as needed to respond to you and meet legal requirements.
